Heart and Brain Perfusion System

This system is used for heart perfusion and brain extraction in rats and mice, and the main configurations includes gas anesthesia machine, surgical pad, perfusion pump etc.

Gas anesthesia is used for animal surgery during cardiac perfusion.

The ice bath infusion solution (such as physiological saline, PBS, polyformaldehyde) can be output independently or in mixture through switch valve, and the flow rate can be accurately adjusted by a peristaltic pump.

The infusion fluid from the peristaltic pump is connected to the comsumable injection needle that pierces the heart through a hose.

The operating table for animal infusion is equipped with a sealed protective cover. The gas and anesthesia waste gas emitted by the infusion solution are absorbed by the exhaust system of the anesthesia machine and will not be released into the environment. No need for the fume hoods.

There is a waste liquid container at the bottom of the operating table, the infusion solution can flow directly into it and can be removed conveniently.

The entire system layout process is clear to make it simple and efficient operation.
