Multiple patented technologies are developed and make the instrument has the advantages of accurate positioning, smooth movement, firmness and operation comfort. The excellent features are as shown:
1, The movement of Y-axis operating arm in the double rails on both side is based on the rolling principle, which is similar to the rolling forward of the train wheel on the rail, reducing the friction between the two pieces of metals, which greatly reduces the rapid abrasion caused by the direct friction between metals, and accordingly maintains long-term stability, prolonging the service life, labor-saving operation and comfortable hand feeling.
2, The head fixation adopts the combination functions of ear canal insertion, maxillary support and eye socket pressing, and has significant innovative technology:
(1) the ear rod adopts screw rod to advance or retreat, with stable movement and controllable speed. When it reaches the appropriate position, only one step of fastening one screw is required without repeatedly doing the action of "loosening the screw - pushing / pulling the ear rod - fastening the screw".
(2) The forward or backward movement of the maxillary support block together with two eye socket claws are synchronously designed, plus the rolling structure that makes the operation time-saving and comfortable.
3, The design of X-Z axis operating arm follows the structure of small animal stereotaxic apparatus (please see the introduction of small animal stereotaxic), which has the high-quality characteristics of easy and stable operation, firmness and durability.
4, The displacement sensor is optionally added to the Y-axis operating arm to improve the accuracy by 10 times, that is, 0.01mm.
5, One to four X/Y/Z operating arms can be optionally installed.
