Product introduction:

This micromanipulator adds two micron-level pitch angle adjustment functions based on our M3 model: base pitch and X2-axis pitch. The stable base can be placed directly on an ordinary experimental table for use, or can be fixed on a magnetic base. And use with magnetic optical plates or anti-vibration tables.

The operating shaft adopts a superimposed design and is compact in size, allowing it to be used in limited operating spaces;

Product features:

The rotating handle for fine adjustment of the operating axis is located on the same side of the machine, making it easy to operate and in line with usage habits;

The transmission design of rack and pinion and lead screw provides good and minimal backlash and backlash;

Micron and sub-micron position adjustment to meet higher experimental needs.

Technical indicators:

X-axis (fine adjustment): moving distance 9.6MM, moving reading accuracy 10um;

X-axis: moving distance 32MM, reading accuracy 100um (0.1MM);

Y-axis: moving distance 22MM, reading accuracy 100um (0.1MM);

Z axis: moving distance 20MM, reading accuracy 100um (0.1MM);

The base pitch angle is 0-70 ° , and the x 2 axis pitch angle is 0-50 ° .
